Winter is here, and progress on the Vail Valley’s newest luxury residences gains momentum
The Frontgate | Avon construction team continues to achieve its project milestones at an incredible pace. Vertical construction of the center area of Phase I has begun and will include the creation of Frontgate | Avon’s signature amenity, the Springs Outdoor Oasis and Pioneer Plunge waterslide. Drywall and window installation on the westernmost condominiums has begun. Additionally, excavation and foundation work for the easternmost Townhomes has been completed, and vertical construction of the Townhomes will soon begin.
Based on this progress, Frontgate | Avon is tracking to welcome its first residents home by the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday.
