Summer 2022 Construction Update

Significant Construction Progress Achieved This Summer

The summer has been a busy time on-site at Frontgate | Avon, where substantial progress was made in bringing the Vail Valley’s most unique luxury residences to life.

Graham Frank, Managing Member of BGV Avon, LLC, provides an update on the milestones achieved over the summer in the latest construction update video. These milestones include the finalization of building footers, completion of the property shoring wall, and significant progress on the vertical construction of the residences on the western side of the project.

As the construction teams progress into the fall, the focus will be the vertical build of Phase I Residences, completion of the platforms of all amenities, and continued site work for the Phase I townhomes.
