Buyers Will Soon Call Frontgate | Avon Home
Frontgate | Avon is on track to obtain the certificate of occupancy for the Phase I condominiums very soon, which will allow buyers to officially call Frontgate | Avon their home. Construction on the entire community is progressing as planned, and the project has now surpassed $124 million in sales. Several unique amenities and facilities are nearly complete, including the Fitness Center, Golf Simulator, Springs Outdoor Oasis & Pioneer Plunge Waterslide, and the Ski Locker Room.
Additionally, the Echelon Townhomes are nearing completion, allowing buyers to move in later this year. Phase II continues to make substantial progress and is on schedule for delivery by late 2024.
