Construction at Frontgate | Avon continues to stay ahead of schedule. We can’t wait to welcome our buyers later this year! Phase I is now over 80% sold, and we continue to hit our construction milestones. This includes the installation of the Pioneer Plunge Waterslide and Contractor’s Punch of 11 Residences. Plus, we’re full steam ahead on vertical construction of the Phase II condominium building.
